Sarah Godbee

Sarah Godbee, Affiliate AIA Chicago, serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Nurture. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Public Relations and International Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). During her tenure at UAB, Sarah actively participated in the Public Relations Student Society of America, contributing to the chapter winning the state-wide Chapter of the Year Award. She also received accolades such as the Public Relations Council of Alabama Award of Excellence and Medallion Award.

Following her graduation, Sarah joined an association management firm, unearthing her zeal for architecture through ongoing continuing education and fundraising events with AIA Birmingham and the Alabama Center for Architecture's educational programs. Her time spent at the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust nurtured her belief that architecture reflects culture, as well as the importance of historic preservation.
