Nurture embraced the challenge of transforming a new 2,000SF office space, located within a 1949 historic River North lot, into a vibrant hub of creativity and productivity. Nestled in the heart of the city, the office boasts an abundance of natural light peering out to a newly landscaped city park.
Nurture collaborated with local muralist Emmy Brown to create captivating murals, celebrating the spirit of woman-owned companies. Situated in the east portion of the building, the concrete loft features industrial-inspired aesthetics, complemented by refinished concrete floors and interior black finishes that add a touch of sophistication and complement the historic elements.
Nurture incorporated two well-appointed conference rooms and ample collaboration spaces, providing ideal settings for strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions. A fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms cater to the practical needs of the team, ensuring a comfortable work environment.
The office space also includes two dedicated phone rooms equipped with cutting-edge tech, ensuring privacy for important calls and virtual meetings, as well as a full materials library. Inspired by a commitment to sustainability, Nurture opted for eco-friendly choices incorporating low VOC and recycled products.
