Shannon O’Donnell, a Junior Associate at Nurture, brings a passion for sustainable design to the studio. Graduating with honors, she earned her Master of Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Shannon's dedication to green practices is evident through her role as a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), a recognition she earned in tandem with her degree.

She has showcased her work in publications such as Dezeen, and shared valuable insights from the Passive House curriculum on a distinguished panel at PHIUSCon 2022. Shannon is continually advancing her knowledge and expertise in sustainable and regenerative design. By earning the Living Future Accreditation (LFA), she demonstrates her proficiency in meeting advanced and ambitious climate standards in the built environment.
